Techers of Color (ToC)- Techers of Color is a great way to meet fellow underrepresented minority (URM) graduate students and postdocs. This group is facilitated by a licensed psychologist and is open to all who are URM-self identified; African American/Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Asian Pacific Islander, & or Native American. This confidential space provides resources to address issues of inclusion and equity.
Graduate/Postdoc Women’s* Lunch – This gathering allows grad and postdoc women to explore topics pertinent to their academic, professional and personal lives, having space to share stories and hear from others. Join us for an opportunity to tap into the strengths and supportive network of women at Caltech.
Married/Partnered Group (MPG) - MPG group provides time to discuss being a married/partnered woman* in STEM and how to navigate your professional and personal lives in the context of a competitive environment. Discussion is moderated by a licensed psychologist.
