Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Title IX coordinators at Caltech

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended, is a comprehensive federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any federally funded education program or activity. Inquiries concerning the Institute's policies, compliance with applicable laws, statutes, and regulations (such as Title IX, and section 504), and complaints may be directed to Felicia Hunt, Associate Dean of Graduate Studies, 626-395-3132, 230 Center for Student Services, or fhunt@caltech.edu.
