Women Mentoring Women (WMW)

Welcome to Women Mentoring Women
For close to two decades, Caltech's Women Mentoring Women (WMW) has provided support for Caltech undergraduate and graduate women as they negotiate their academic, professional, and personal development. Alumni, faculty, postdoctoral fellows and staff serve as femtors/themtors to provide insights, counsel and support to enhance each student's experience at the Institute. This program is designed to support all who identify as women, and we welcome allies who would benefit from our programming.
The program provides a guiding curriculum supporting professional development, wellness and creative exploration. Networking opportunities and social events remain an integral part of WMW.
